ACCOMMODATION

Coombe Valley View is a detached modern lodge located on the edge of 30 acres of woodland on the North Cornish coast (Bude).  It offers wonderful uninterrupted views over The National Trust “Coombe Valley” and distant sea views to Duckpool Beach.

Modern and contemporary south west facing accommodation offering wonderful sunsets. Free wifi & parking and within a short stroll to village pub/shops

The lodge itself offers an open plan lounge, kitchen, diner with 2 bedrooms, sunroom, shower room and private patio.

KITCHEN/DINING

Fully equipped with fridge, freezer box, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, fan oven, air fryer and kitchenware. Dining table with comfortable seating for all guests.

LOUNGE 

Overlooking “Coombe Valley” with a 55 inch Flat screen Smart TV, Netflix, Prime etc. (require guests own log in).  Ambient electric fire beneath. Large sofa and love seat, coffee table and side tables.

SUNROOM

Another lovely room with a view.  Ideal to watch sunsets, wildlife or just to relax in and read with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Ideal for cooler or damp days.

BED 1

King size bed facing the valley and sea beyond, with fully fitted wardrobes, illuminated mirror over dressing table, bedside tables. A hairdryer is provided

Double & single bed with chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, dressing table and under bed storage 

Beds made up for guests arrival 

STORAGE CUPBOARD OFF LOUNGE

With additional hanging space for clothes, house keeping items to include iron and ironing board, first aid box, fire extinguisher/blanket and safety deposit box, pegs, broom, dustpan & brush .

SHOWER ROOM

With a large 1600mm shower, integrated wash hand basin & under cabinet storage, WC, shaver socket, heated towel rail and illuminated mirror.

PATIO

Picnic table for alfresco dining for all guests to enjoy watching wildlife and sunsets.

WHAT’S INCLUDED -

Free parking (gentle slope of around 60 metres to lodge), WiFi, Beds made up on arrival. 

Hand towels, tea towels, shower mat, oven glove, hand soap, refuge bags, toilet paper, tin foil, washing up liquid, D/W tablets, anti bacterial spray, cloth and sponge supplied along with £15-20 electricity which is ample to cover a weeks holiday in warmer months. Electric cards can be purchased at the park cabin daily between 3.30-6.30 except Wednesdays and Sundays. Full details given within your welcome email.
